The Ladies at the front desk were punctual to the minute opening the door,2 PM SHARP and I got in. Doc was his usual Jovial self an we got thru the quagmire of the plethora of tests and Dilation. Deeply appreciate the effort as ds Kota was sick and all were stretched thin. WELL DONE and a slice of raisin pie for all.
The women at the desk know the insurance and scheduling plus what the computer programs should do. The tech is friendly and efficiant with the tests and computer program. Dr. Fries is highly knowlegeable when it comes to the eye. The lady who fits glasses to me does the best job.

This office still has the small town feel-which I love, friendly staff, and the service from Dr. Fries is always great. Glasses are always high quality work (unlike the inferior ones I've gotten from the big box stores).

I would appreciate it if Dr. Fries could better explain details to me about my treatments. He attempts to stick something in my eye, I do not know what, and complains that I won't be still. How can I be still if I do not know what he's about to do to my eye. ?I can understand simple intructions quite well. He should be made aware of his problem communicating to his patients what he's doing when he does it. Also, because of lack of info., I thought I would have cataract surgery, today. I need to know what is going on with my treatment at all times, and what to expect. Dr. Winslow was careful to explain to me the procedure, etc., upon my request. Thank you for this opportunity to express my concerns.
