Lacey was great! She asked a lot of questions to get my daughters hair exactly how she wanted it. She explained the pricing before she started so there were no surprises in the end and she reassured us that if there was anything we wanted changed, she had no problem fixing it. I felt very comfortable with her and my daughters hair looks amazing!
