Customer service savvy and excellent bedside manner! My pet has a terminal illness and a doctor at DLVC helped us understand about it, as well as what to expect. The staff are really friendly, they have a slew of prescription foods, treats, toys, collars, etc. They also accept CareCredit, which is a great help with many people's finances. User friendly website too!

The crew at Delavan Lakes Vet clinic never fails to impress, and succeed expectations with the care, knowledge and comfort of all my animals. I live an hour away and have traveled to them for years because they provide such excellent service. Top notch communication skills, and genuinely good people.

The staff at Delavan Lakes Veterinary Clinic are always friendly and very helpful from the time you call to make an appointment to you walking out the door at the end of the appointment.
They are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain everything. The clinic always makes you feel like all bases are covered, even the ones you don’t think about.

Morrison Eye Clinic, S.C.
Reception staff was very friendly and we were checked in quickly. We were brought into the eye exam room and then had to wait nearly 25 minutes to be seen by the optometrist. The exam went well, the doctor was really friendly and we were told to go pick out frames. Never once were we told by the doctor or the person helping us with the frame purchase that the type of glasses that were needed could be found over the counter or online for a fraction of the price we paid for at the eye clinic. These were not prescription glasses, just reading glasses. I feel like we were pushed into buying the frames there. After shopping for frames then we had to wait another 15-20 minutes to finish the eye exam. We were at the clinic for almost an hour and a half. Everything took way too much time. I would say the exam was worth it but next time I would ask for a prescription and shop elsewhere.Read More …
