I appreciate the staff at Dell's regardless of who helps you they are efficient, positive, and always take the time to answer any questions I may have had. They are professional and personable. Having worked in retail myself they are well above the average on customer service in my opinion.

Very Disappointed with your brake job (only 17,000 miles and now you want another $704. to redo it!!!!) I took the car to 2 Ford dealers and 1 Brake Specialty Company and they all said you did a "terrible brake job". The calipers are working fine once they lubricated them (you said they needed to be replaced at more $100/ each along with.new rotors required ) rotors can be resurfaced and will be OK.

Service agent, Dan asked good questions when I dropped off the vehicle relating to the specific service that was to be done that day. He checked contact number to make sure everything was current. I was called when the vehicle was finished. Dan went over the bill thoroughly and asked if I had any questions. Very courteous and professional. A great car service experience.

Dell's Service Center does good work and I have been going there for several years to work on my 2001 BMW and my 1989 Mercedes 560SL. I recently went in to have them do some work on the M-B. They were able to fix one of the issues and they contacted me to let me know that they would not be able to make all of the repairs and made suggestions on where I should take the car to complete the work. When I came to pick up the car it was ready and waiting outside as usual, but I noticed that it was covered in dirty water spots which I was surprised about as they normally keep the car inside during the times I have had the car in for service before. At least that was my belief. With a car this old and original paint I have to be very careful washing and waxing the finish and I quickly took the car home for a hand wash. Unfortunately the water spots are still showing on the hood so I am going to have to see if I can wax these out. The paint is too fragile for polishing at this point so I really have to hope the wax will do the trick. I can understand if there are space issues at the shop, but I would have definitely preferred to not have the car sit out in the rain.
