Accurate quotes, very fast service. Got a complete brake job (rotors and pads) done and it seemed expensive at $900, but I know the parts are German OEM and VW parts can be pricey. Either way I have great brakes and a car that I can drive now so I'm satisfied. The 3 yr/36k mile warranty is also a nice benefit.

Dr. Kaminski and Russ were great and focused on what I needed. The appointment itself was very thorough. The vision assistant, although very pleasant, would wander off for periods of time while putting me through the individual equipment at the beginning of my appointment. Also, on one of the machines that took pictures of my eyeball, I had to put enough pressure with my forehead to get a "green" signal, with red being too hard and blue being not hard enough. This assistant would push my head forward and we'd always get "red" when the picture was taken! I tried to resist her pushing to get it just right for the picture. We had to do MANY retakes. :-( It was frustrating and annoying.
