Lino Lakes Family Dentistry
I’m pretty cautious when it comes to social distancing but my worries were quickly put to rest when I walked through the doors of Lino Lakes Family Dentistry. The office is a large open space to begin with but when I saw the hand sanitizer with a nice welcome message at the door and the waiting room chairs set up to ensure social distancing- I knew the staff was taking my health seriously and that means a lot to me. As for my appointment, it went fast. I enjoyed music and nice small talk during my cleaning which kept my mind off what usually has me nervous (do I have cavities??). All of my questions were answered and I appreciated the friendly & helpful suggestions on how to ensure I’m taking good care of my teeth. The “cavity look through” by the dentist (queue the dramatic music) was thorough but felt quick. My past experiences at other dental offices have had me gripping the the arm rests of my chair in nervous anticipation while trying to figure out what the words and numbers the dentist was saying meant and what kind of lecture I was going to get. But this was a totally different experience. Dr. C was straight forward, detailed and kind. I felt like she was talking to me just as much if not more than she was to the hygienist and instead of gripping my chair waiting for what was to come, I just had a nice conversation about my teeth and even had a few laughs. The best way I can sum up experience is that I left my appointment in a better mood than when I got there and feeling good about the health of my teeth going forward. My experiences with other dentist offices in the past have made me avoid going for LONG stretches of time but I’ve got my next cleaning scheduled and I’m looking forward to my next visit to Lino Lakes Family Dentistry.Read More …
