I'm a person that hates going to the dentist like most people hate having their blood drawn. I needed dr Kinchen's services in a emergency situation in my opinion yesterday and she and her wonderful staff welcomed me with open arms yesterday. I was a new patient and they made me feel like I had been their patient for years. They often TLC like i have never experienced in a dental office. I now have a new dentist for life. Thank you Dr Kinchen and staff.

The actual cleaning and dental work was good. But it rubbed me wrong when I was in the consultation after my cleaning and I am told how I can spend a lot of money on getting my teeth whitened. I don't need my teeth whitened. My teeth are a very nice normal white. The fact that they tried to sell me this when I obviously don't need it makes me question anything else they tell me that I need. It made me not trust them.
I am sad to say that because I had heard good things from others about them, but I'm not sure that I will come back.
