My time at the dentist started with me showing up 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appt. 17 minutes past my appointment time the front desk personnel informed me that my Dentist is on vacation and I would be seen by another Dentist. If I would have received a call stating that my Dentist was on vacation I would have re-scheduled. Then another minutes went by filling up with anger. I am familiar with the rule of paying fifty dollars if you cancel or are a no show for appointments and I did not want to pay so I stayed.
I was completely happy with the service on my teeth (cleaning and check up).
It is the front office that I am unhappy with. This could have been totally avoidable.
Lack of respect, professionalism and courtesy. I am not used to that from my Dentist office.
