The young receptionist is rude and disrespectful. I was asking for an update on my child whose appointment went an hour longer than planned. She was very unprofessional with her remarks towards me, as the mother of the patient inquiring about the wellbeing of my child. I would recommend she takes some customer service classes, because other than her being bilingual she lacks many skills to be the front face of this business! Besides this employee, my visits at Dental Depot are detailed and proficient!

Absolutely love this office Dr. Mark amazing. Love the staff they work hard to give you the smile you ask for. I’m so grateful to have such wonderful people who care about the patients and not the money. Thank you to all the staff that put the smile back on my son’s face.

The staff is very professional and the appointments were running on time. They orthodontist came out and met with me after my son’s braces were put on. He was very thorough and giving me information and helping me to know what to expect. We are very pleased every time we go to dental Depot

Terrible ! They don’t explain everything in your contract ! And charge you for treatment even if you don’t get your braces tightened. I was Better at Cassidy dental atleast they charge for you every time you ACTUALLY come in .

The appointment itself is fine. The ladies at the front desk are terrible. Never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold for the longest. They hang up the phone and no very willing to help not even when trying to make a payment. Terrible honestly!
