The young receptionist is rude and disrespectful. I was asking for an update on my child whose appointment went an hour longer than planned. She was very unprofessional with her remarks towards me, as the mother of the patient inquiring about the wellbeing of my child. I would recommend she takes some customer service classes, because other than her being bilingual she lacks many skills to be the front face of this business! Besides this employee, my visits at Dental Depot are detailed and proficient!
