My mom Mary Volpe is writing this. I am 32 and have autism and cannot express myself very well. Selena is very caring and worked hard to make my experience good at the dentist office. Mom and dad had Selena C as our hygienist for many years and we will all miss her a lot.
Spa Evangeline was doing a great job complying with all safety precautions regarding COVID. We felt that the spa was very clean and that there was a lot of effort being made to santize/etc. This is my third facial at Spa Evangeline and I unfortunately never walk away feeling that the experience was very memorable. There seems to be a high turn around with staff and no staff members ever seem to be very engaged with the services or the experience, more just going through the motions. I asked several questions during my facial about the process and the technician seemed agitated that I was talking, instead of walking me through each step and what was happening to my face, I had to ask her what was being applied/etc. Overall, sadly, the experience was very vanilla. I was asked if I wanted any additives to my facial (at a cost, obviously) and I chose one, but the technician never remembered to do it, I never reminded her either bc at that point I was just ready for it to be over.
