I’ve had two bad experiences with this establishment. The first being they had my son checked in under the wrong child and tried to tell my husband he was 3 not four (like his father wouldn’t know his age). Second my son came home crying from there saying they were mean. He hates getting x-rays being done and they basically told him 3 years old do this and he’s five so he shouldn’t be acting that way, since his behavior wasn’t “up to par” he didn’t get to pick the movie he wanted to watch, they said my son shouldn’t be brushing his own teeth (which he is supervised by me it’s called teaching) , and since he doesn’t let them take pictures he can’t/shouldn’t drink anything but water no juice and I understand there are some do’s and Dont’s when it comes to teeth hygiene but they are working with children and shouldn’t be making kids feel bad. Sometimes it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. All kids are different and maybe my 5 year old is more sensitive in certain situations and I don’t like how he was treated !!!!
