Even before I came to the office for my initial visit, I already felt at ease about my appointment. Talking with Amanda on the phone to schedule the appointment, walk me through the forms I needed to fill out on the website and then prepare me for the first visit really calmed any worries I had about becoming a new patient. When I arrived at the office, Amanda was the first person to welcome me and let me know they would be ready to see me right away. Everyone on Dr. Vo's team was friendly, professional and did their best to make my visit comfortable and stress-free. What I appreciated the most was how everyone explained everything that would be done during the visit and always welcomed my questions and were happy to answer and address any worries or concerns I had. They made me feel at ease and more like a friend than just a patient. I am actually looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Vo and her wonderful staff!
