I'm sorry but the last 4 times we have been there it's been the same. You are not staffed an you appointments need to be redone. You have too many patients and not the staff Our wait time is like 3 hours

I was quoted a price of 99.00 when I called because it had been 3 years since my daughter had been there.

Got there and was told I couldn't have that price that they would do cleaning only and checkup for 107.50.

Went to pay and she said I had to pay 127.00 and my card was charged 129.00.

They also said they had to put her in as a new patient but wouldn't give me a new patient price when I first came in. I was alittle upset. If you are quoted a price it should be honored.

I'll post as anonymous but the blonde with braces will remember me. She was pretty nice overall and everything else was great. I just was upset because of Christmas and everything.

A lot of down time just waiting! When dentist finally came to check me she Never introduced herself she just laid the chair back told me to open my mouth and started putting something on my teeth I told her what whoa whoa what are you doing what are you putting on my teeth who are you?!

Sign in was smooth and pleasant. Waiting time was short. The only problem with this visit was the technician left sticky substance all over the outside of my child's lips and difficult to clean off.

During our visit, the hygienist stopped multiple times while cleaning my child's teeth to chat with another hygienist. She didn't leave the work area to talk to the other hygienist. It was not a work related conversation, and I feel that our visit could have been at least 10 minutes shorter if they had not had that conversation while she was cleaning my child's teeth. Also, it is not very professional to have a conversation like that while the patient (child) is in the chair right in front of you and is listening to everything you are talking about. The office was already running about 30 minutes behind appointment times, so our visit was quite lengthy. Other than that, everyone was pleasant and I feel that they do a good job.
