The dental assistance , perilla was frustrated when my 6 years old was hesitant to get her treatment and wanted to play with the toys. Immediately they inquire about my child medical issues while other parent were around. She told me it is not good to visit different location and stick to one doctor. My location close to me was fully booked and I have never been told to stick to one location.

No one answers the phone!. All I wanted to do was confirm our appt. In the end, we went anyway and there was no appt! This is ridiculous. We are going back to our old dentist.

IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS FIRST DENTIST APPOINTMENT SHES THREE AND I WAS NERVOUS AT FIRST OF HOW SHE WOULD ACT AND THE STAFF MADE HER COMFORTABLE AND ANSWERED ALL OF HER QUESTIONS AND SHE DIDNT EVEN CRY.!!! SHE IS MORE EXCITED THAN EVER TO GO BACK FOR HER NEXT VISIT.!

absolutely amazing. the office is designed to help make your child feel comfortable. This creates a better experience for the child, the dentist and staff and parents. The entire staff is polite, knowledgeable, professional, and well organized. The compassion they show your child says everything about who they are.
