Our New Patient Exam is a complete review of the patients current condition as well as their medical history and review of their diet, any medications used now or in the past, a review of supplements and any other conditions. A treatment plan is developed and shared with the patient at the conclusion of the exam. In many cases, this is a two visit exam which is collected for during the initial visit.
