I went in to have a crown reattached. The dentist was very thorough. She took time to explain why the crown was not staying in place and what I would have to do to fix the problem. She took pictures of the tooth before glueing the crown back in place and took the time to review the picture with me.

I would rate my experience for the visit on Friday July 12th as exceptional! The young lady my husband and I had cleaning our teeth was so sweet and amazing. I told her it was the first visit ever to a dentist office for my 2 year old granddaughter and the young girl went out of her way to make sure Everley would want to come back. She gave her a new toothbrush, let her brush the fake teeth and even gave her a chair ride. My granddaughter talked about it all day long. Please be sure to pass this on to the girl who was working that morning. She said she was from Ottawa and only filling in for the day. We are still laughing at the great pics we got at the dentist office; best trip to the dentist I have ever had. Good cleaning too :)

Staff are friendly, I usually have to wait a few minutes to start my appointment and I feel that most dentists see $ signs when anyone walks in, this place is often not different! (do I really need these fillings immediately when my teeth are not sensitive??). Above average because my last dentist office often made it seem like it was bothering them to have clients come in and interrupt their conversations, at least there is often a friendly face and a warm hello at the door here!

I go here because I experience alot of anxiety at the dentist. I left yesterday feeling upset. I usually have a great experience. When I would let her know I was experiencing pain/my anxiety was building she seemed to snap at me. I felt like I was an inconvenience.
I have never experienced anything like this before at this place. Maybe she was having a bad day but still..
My next appointment I hope to have someone else :(
