While I still think this is one of the best dentist practices in the entire Sacramento Region, walking in the front door to see the entire front office staff blatantly violating the current Sacramento County Public Health Order is a slap in the face to anybody who has been even remotely affected by COVID-19. COVID-19 is a public health emergency and the omicron variant is running rampant while NONE of the front office staff were wearing masks amidst the current public health emergency and associated Sacramento County Public Health Order. Shame on this business.

We thank you very much for your compliment and for expressing your safety concern. This is giving us the opportunity to reemphasize how seriously we take them. Our front desk is surrounded by shields and our front desk staff test daily for Covid. In the seldom situation they came closer than six feet from a patient they are required to wear masks. Our disinfection protocol is top notch. We are paperless and if anyone has to use a pen or the counter, the next patient can rest assured they are not using the same pen and the counter is disinfected after each patient. We deeply apologize if you felt offended.
