This is the worse place to bring your child for dental care. They can not offer you most services here. The dentist is afraid to do any dental work and they want to send you to the atlanta sedation center which is worse. Their attitudes are subpar. The dental work my child received had to be done over correctly by a new dentist. They pulled my 3 year old teeth in the front because they could not properly place dental caps. They lied and stated that they were putting on the caps. If I could give a zero star I would. This place should be avoided at alllllll cost.

I would suggest not booking so many appointments at the same time if you don't have the team or support . Kids were walking out of treatment rooms by themselves looking for their parents because it was taking hours to be seen. A suggestion I recommend is having amazing customer service on the front end. If I worked their I would tell the parents waiting your children are doing fine and comfortable. We are short staffed but we want to make sure we are not rushed when seeing your child to ensure we don't miss anything during their visit. Can I get you a bottle of water? Thank you for your patients during this time . That one simple thing parents would be more at ease and realize it's not your fault it's taking so long .

I had a 2pm appointment for my son. We checked in around 1:47pm and waited until 2:40pm. People that had appointment after 2pm and checked in 10,15, and 20 minutes after us was called before us. I approached the front desk to see if we was even checked in. The lady at the desk went to the back to see but only to come back and tell me “They are setting up for him now. we are running behind that’s why you guys hadn’t been called yet.” Within a minute we was called up. I honestly found that explanation very add because a lot of people that came after us and had their appointment after 2pm was called before us. I don’t we will be coming back to the Dunwoody location again.

My daughter waited over 20 mins after her cleaning dentist didnt apologize kept gossiping with the assistants. Had the nerve to say people having an attitude. Yes we are paying customers children doesn't have patience like adults. My daughter have been coming years sorry to say that new dentist has to go. I wont attend any Dentistry for Children the entire office stands around and gossip if they do some work they can move faster. My daughter cleaning was 7 mins and the wait for the dentist was longer than the cleaning. The Dentist didnt even introduce herself just unprofessional all around.

It's great place to take your kids to the dentist, but there are typically big problems with things like scheduling and paperwork. They aren't good at the soft stuff, but the actual dentistry part is excellent and we plan to keep coming! But seriously... they need to work on the office part.
