When making new patient appointments for my family I discussed with the staff that it was necessary for me to join my children in the clinic space instead of waiting outside. They said it would be fine for me to join them. In fact, the appeared to be surprised that our previous office had stopped letting parents join their children for their appointment.

When we arrived for the appointment I was told I would not be permitted back. When I told them the appointments would not be possible otherwise, they agreed they would see if an exception could be made since I had been told differently.

They called my children back and told me I could not come. I retold the communication that had happened to that point ( the message had not been passed from the receptionist) and was told they would see if they could work us into a private room, but there was no time estimate up to and including a 2 hour wait. That is not practical with small children.

My review is for the incredibly poor communication within the office. Their policy is their prerogative, but I was assured upon making the appointment that I could be present. And then once the receptionist told me she would communicate with the back what was needed, that wasn’t done either. The whole thing was a waste of both their and my time, when they could have told me over the phone that they would not be able to accommodate our family’s needs.

I was very pleased in the way things were handled at my daughters appointment. She did not get too upset this time and when she started to, the staff calmed her and were very patient.

I love Dentistry for Children i am able to take all 3 of my children for a cleaning and am in and out in less than an hour . Everyone is super nice .

I really liked this office. The staff was amazing everyone from the front dest to the assistants to the doctor him self. They worked well with my kids and were very informative.
