Couldn’t find the office, called to figure out what building they were in. NO ONE knew so I walked around each building until I finally found it, this made us late for the apt. Once inside the office there is very limited seating in the lobby due to a storage desk wrapped around the entire place. Was taken back 30 min after my scheduled appt time to a small EXTREMELY outdated, dingy dirty room once again with no where for me to sit. Zoe the Assistant was great.. made my daughter feel at ease and was extremely friendly, after a good brush and floss she went to get the dr, who was with another patient. So we waited for 20 min for her to come in and do an exam. She was not friendly and barley said a word to my daughter, then proceeded to FORCE my daughters mouth open to put her hands in to look, at this point my daughter is crying and I try to console her and the dr tells me “stop, let me do it” then takes her metal pole instrument and pokes her tooth but missed and got her gum making her bleed at this point I was very angry she’s screaming crying so I grabbed my daughter and tried to calm her down. On the dirty, nasty unclean ground. The dr then leaves and another Assistant comes in to put in fluoride on her teeth but at this point my daughter is scared and won’t open so she shoves her finger with paste on it into her mouth getting it all over her face and shirt. Went to leave and they forced me to rebook and when I asked for a reminder card they told me they don’t do that. We will NOT be coming back to this office again and I will NEVER recommend them.
