Make an appointment with these folks and prepare to wait. Bring snacks, magazines, gameboys and maybe even a pillow for a snooze. Average wait times in the virtual lobby (the back garden) can range from 60-90 minutes. If you have little children (who would have thought little children at a Pediatric Dentistry) bring lots of patience and snacks for the kids. These people don't really care about your schedule. We went and waited for the afore mentioned standard wait time before the pandemic twice and once during the pandemic. Clearly the pandemic didn't affect the ability of the practice to schedule. The front staff, no clue what's happening with the staff back in the chairs. The practice manager is "indisposed" most of the time so don't bother. This used to be a good practice before the corporation got involved.

My family and I were treated as if we were dumb and instead of just doing the work that we came in for, we were talked down on. I would NEVER step foot in there again . I had appointments for all 3 of my children that day and I felt like I was judged for being young with children...and black. Just go somewhere else.

We were given incorrect billing information only to be charged hundreds more than initially quoted many many months after the procedure was done. I also requested several

Times that this office stop automatically contacting us but they continued to harass us at all hours of the day and night waking us up and causing much stress. Besides the toys in the waiting room I would not recommend

Zero wait time for the last three years. Thorough and excellent chair side manners. The children actually ENJOY going to the dentist here.
