I was very disappointed with the service that I received during my child's cleaning. The appointment was scheduled at 8 am. My child did not get seen until 1hr later. It took 10-15 minutes to clean, then my child had to wait 15-20 for the person to come back and do the x-rays. Only to later find out that the person doing the x-rays was busy bringing more customers back when she has not even completed/cleared the customers currently in the back and presently in her chair. Then we had to wait another 25 minutes for a doctor to come. Now we are on 2 hours from the time we got to the office. It would have been even longer if it was not for me demanding a doctor. Keep in mind there were two doctors on duty at this time. This was the worst visit and worst customer service. There was no order or no urgency to clear the patients. When a customer schedules an appointment they expect to be seen at that time or close to that time. If not, an explanation need to be given. Not to look at the customer crazy when one is upset about being at a 30 min total appointment 2 hours later. No compassion or consideration to the person's time. We did not leave out of the office until 10:15 a.m.I scheduled the appointment at 8am to allow my child to get in and out and to camp on time. In addition to not interfere with my job. As a result of their disregard for MY time, it cause me to lose money. This is NOT how one should run a business or provide customer service. It doesn't matter that the main customer is a child, ALL should be treated as though their time is precious.
