The Woodstock office will not allow you to go back with your children and God forbid your child has a cough from seasonal allergies because you will have also wasted your time as they will not see you!! I understand everyone's fear with COVID but when you have spoken to your child's dr and have expressed this when making an appointment that this is a thing and they say "oh it's fine" just to get there for it to actually not be fine and wasted time when it comes to the child's school and the parents work. By far one of the WORST offices.

18 years ago this was a great place to bring your child. Its gone way down hill since then. I have a 20 year old, a 5 year old, and a 3 year old. My now 20 year received wonderful, attentive service from the hygienist and the dentist. The front desk staff was always friendly.

I've been taking my 5 year old there since he was 3, because they wouldn't see him until he was 3, and it just isn't the same. We feel like we're just another customer and they herd us in and out with little personal contact. The hygienists' are always in a rush and the dentists is only ever in the room for 1 or 2 minutes TOPS. There is always at least a 30 minute wait and sometimes even an hour even when we have an appointment.

I decided to switch my younger children to a local family owned pediatric dentist and the difference has been night and day. Not only are they friendly and personable, but the dentist stayed in the room with us from the very beginning of the appointment to the very end. The WHOLE time! I was amazed. This is someone who truly cares about his little patients. And he said we should have been receiving dental care from 6 months old. A lot can happen in 3 years and I whole heartily believe that Dentistry for Children's policy of not seeing kids until the age of 3 only benefits them because means children will most likely have cavities by that ago.

We LOVED taking our kids there until we asked for a price for braces. Our insurance covered $2000 per child, but for some reason we were told by them that it only covers $1000 per child. Nice scam!! They get $2000 for each kid while telling us they only got $1000 and get paid an extra $1000 per child. We wouldn’t have even noticed it but we took them to Nia Pediatric Dentistry for their price and they pointed it out to us!! It was even printed on the insurance card.

I am very upset that I drove an hour to get to this dentist and she refused to let me be in the room with her and my son that is 5 years old because I had my 3 year old with me

Whom was sitting on the floor with her tablet being good I've brought her before with my oldest daughter and it was never a problem until yesterday I won't be back I'm sorry I can't afford a babysitter and I have to drag my other child with me
