Love you guys, but there have been a few missed marks recently. Wait times for a call transfer from Front desk to Boarding are often 45-90 seconds. The operations manager in me wants to understand why the front desk isn't able to just take reservations for boarding if the boarding desk needs to stay focused on checking puppies in?
Also, at the last time of check out, I was picking up my parents dog, Betty Buttercup, and when I asked for her at the desk, they told me she wasn't at the kennel. My dad and I both (since my mom checked her in and went out of town) were then very confused and worries about where on earth betty was. I don't understand why she wasn't in the system! That's very concerning.
