Maudie was in boarding from Oct.11th to Oct. 15th and everyone was so good to her. She had some diarrhea and they caled me and took a stool sample and et me know she was ok. Everyone was so caring. I really appreciated their concern in taking care of my baby. Thank you for a wonderful staff.
Dr. Blackstone is taking care re of my 2 fur babies SO she must be excellent!!!! Vet visits are very stressful for me as a pet parent due to their medical issues, but Dr Blackstone and assistants always explain things well. I truly rely on them. My “old”, longtime vet would ONLY recommend Caring Hands . I will be a “patient” as long as I have fur babies. Thank you to all!
The Dr.s here are amazing. They genuinely care about your pet, your concerns, questions... I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. All the staff here are very friendly. Wonderful place to go, they put your pet first as ot should be. My sick dog was seen and a few days later i received a phone call checking on my dog making sure she was ok and any questions or concerns i had at her stage of recovery.
Caring Hands and Dr. Stacey Jones went above and beyond yesterday, when my Greyhound was there for a dental. In addition to the extensive knowledge Dr. Jones has (most vets don't know nearly as much about Greyhounds), she and the staff really worked with my fearful dog using "Fear Free" techniques. Using these techniques can take more time and training for the staff, but it's a sure sign of a truly compassion team; it's helped my dog tremendously. I can't recommend Caring Hands and Dr. Jones highly enough!
Love you guys, but there have been a few missed marks recently. Wait times for a call transfer from Front desk to Boarding are often 45-90 seconds. The operations manager in me wants to understand why the front desk isn't able to just take reservations for boarding if the boarding desk needs to stay focused on checking puppies in?
Also, at the last time of check out, I was picking up my parents dog, Betty Buttercup, and when I asked for her at the desk, they told me she wasn't at the kennel. My dad and I both (since my mom checked her in and went out of town) were then very confused and worries about where on earth betty was. I don't understand why she wasn't in the system! That's very concerning.
I really love you guys - and that's the only reason I am providing the feedback. Hoping this helps to refine processes and the loving ecosystem that takes such awesome care of my pets!
