We sat in the car, while they examined my dogs. They were very thoughtful and concerned for our safety. When the doctor called to talk to us, she seemed knowledgeable, nice and listened to what my concerns were with my dogs.

Dr Ruoff was pleasant and professional. I appreciate that she took the time to answer all of my questions about our new puppy. I also appreciate how smooth their system is due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I also appreciated her tech Ashley who answered general questions on the curb

Staff was very accommodating with COVID-19 and seen our EBT Buu with me present outside. They also made a follow up call to check on your fur baby.
