It was my first Brazilian wax it was painful because I used to shave with a razor but Monay made it less painful. I'm happy with the results I even purchased an exfoliate scrub and serum. I would be back.

The front desk and waxing staff has become very unprofessional at this location. The office manager is often on her phone or speaking about personal matters. The last few times I visited appointments were running extremely late with no excuse or attempt to adhere to Depil policies. Thinking of moving to a different location
