Dermatology & Skin Cancer Consultants was founded by Dr. Dafnis Carranza, Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery in the fall of 2011. Dr. Carranza was recruited from UCLA in Los Angeles, California to West Tennessee in 2007 for her outstanding melanoma research and experience and training in Mohs surgery because there is a great need for skin cancer treatment in our area.
