Dr Rance at DCM is thorough, friendly and listens well. However the practice, over the several years I have been there, has never had even a single male Nurse or Tech or even a front desk admin clerk on staff. The practice needs to actively seek to improve diversity on all levels, not just the MD level.

The appointment started on time. The staff was friendly and helpful. My doctor provided excellent care. There was a problem with the prescription and I received 2 calls regarding the resolution. I was very impressed by the care I received.
