Worst appt. appt at 2:00 pm. Waited 30 minutes for Dr. Raul, she was on phone. 30 minutes is redicculous. No one came in to update. I finally went to door to inquire, she was on the phone, did not someone else come in, did not excuse herself from the phone. Finally, after more than 30 minute wait they sent in a different vet. Gave bordatella and checked dog. Did heart worm check. They were through. I asked about other shots. They checked and said rabies, distemster and Parvovirus was due in October. I said I do all of them at once. The Vet said I do not blame you. I said when office called they said I was a month late. I am very upset with appt. Then I was out front and they forgot to give me a rabies certificate. Dr. Neidth is my. Usual Vet, Dr. Gold before him. This was second time to see Dr Raul, the first time was also a fiasco. Your office has been out Vet's office sine 2005, that is 12 years. Quite unhappy.
I apologize for the extreme wait time. Thirty minutes past your appointment time is a very unusual wait time, and does not happen on a regular basis. Around the time of your appointment there was an emergency, as well as Dr. Rahal having to take a phone call with a client. We understand your time is valuable and the lack of communication is unacceptable. The issues will be addressed with staff.
