Very good doctor. Always helpful. Have recommended him to others. Only had to wait 45 minutes to see him. Don't know whether or not I should get a flu shot but it was not suggested. Thought that was recommended this time of year.

I had many pleasant visits to Dr. DeShetler's office in the last three years. Dr. DeShetler is very gentle and I particularly appreciate he takes time to explain things to me and sometimes he has given me the options to decide the short term and long term benefits of each procedure. Highly recommend to anyone who is seeking for a new dentist.

My daughter was a new patient referred by our orthodontist to have a chip in her tooth repaired. We had our old records sent from our previous dentist which included x-rays. Your office repeated the x-rays because they never checked to see that they received the ones from our previous dentist. The dentist we were referred to was not there. .We were not made aware of this. The next disappointment was that I was not even brought into the room and introduced to the dentist that treated my daughter. I only spoke with the hygienist. We were told it would not be charged for the unneeded x-ray. Our insurance was charged and you were paid for those. We will not be back

My hair coloring was great! On time and professional. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the collar of mybsweater got hair dye on it and its pretty much ruined. I'm calling to see if they'll do anything about it. I would go back though!
