Hygienist was rough with the tools leaving my mouth with pain that I didnt have going into the appointment with. She was also looking at the tv instead of looking at my mouth.

Christopher, we are so sorry to hear you experienced gum/teeth discomfort. Please let us know during the visit because we can always make it more comfortable. Sometimes the calculus builds up under your gums and when it is removed the gums can be sore or the teeth can feel cold because the calculus acted as insulation. This calculus does have to be removed, unfortunately and the benefits of removing it, far out way the side effects. Please in the future let us know of any discomfort, as we can relieve it immediately. Our Patients comfort is our priority.

I have been a patient for many years,the staff is very friendly.I've had nothing but great care by all in the office.(Jim) Dr.Hensley is the best he take time to explain everything to you so you can understand just what he is going to do.I would recommend his office to all.
