Dr. Platt is extremely personable, and was clearly enthusiastic about the work his did on me and his field of study. I did experience some discomfort during my cleaning and filling, but he was even able to speak to that. He walked me through his logic behind his dental healthcare suggestions.

Dr. Platt and his staff were amazing! They take care of your needs and explain everything thoroughly so there is a clear understanding of treatments and payment. Dr. Platt is one of the kindest doctors I've ever had the pleasure to meet! I would recommend him to anyone, as I will utilize this practice myself from here on out.

Thank you very much for seeing me on short notice and providing excellent care for an emergency. I'm looking forward to continuing.

My only request (which I made to Daisy) is to be sent a budget/invoice. I would like to see the list of future steps be listed with prices as well as having my credit reflected. I would also like to request that (as long as I show up for my appointment) that the $75 deposit not to be charged to my card (instead of charging me and then configuring that charge into the accounting.) This would allow me to keep better records.

I cannot describe how awful of an experience this was. The facility was a dirty. I was a new patient getting a routine 6 month cleaning. I am used to a standard cleaning where the dental hygienist cleans my teeth with tools and polish and then the dentist comes in and evaluates/looks everything over. My experience was much different. Dr. Platt said my teeth looked good, we were going to clean some tartar and polish and I would be on my way. He started to use a machine on my teeth that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and when I expressed my discomfort and didn't feel like this was normal, he got defensive and walked out of the room. My mouth felt violated and Dr. Platt seemed pissed off when I expressed pain and my discomfort for his lack of care. His dental assistant that was taking out the trash right before she polished my teeth quickly and poorly then asked me to use some mouthwash and that was it.

It was the most bizarre and negative experience I've ever had for a basic cleaning at the dentist. Would not recommend one bit.

Best dental experience ever. The staff was wonderful and took me

in right away. They made sure I was comfortable. Dr Platt took the time to explain to me exactly what he had to do. He proceeded to do a root canal. I have no pain and he did a wonderful job. I strongly suggest you use Dr Platt.
