Dr. Lackan and his PA are the very best. I was so happy with their bedside manners, thoroughness of explanations, and gentleness during medical procedures.

Usually their front desk help is good. But on my last visit this week, one of the receptionists was terribly rude and didn't even know how to read their own billing statement. She turned my visit into a very frustrating, anger inducing experience. Not a good way to start AND end my visit.

The visit was fine but you never sent the orders to the infusion center. They have had to cancel my account because of this. I also had to physically visit your office to get the lab orders I needed before this visit.
