Everyone at Diablo Oral Surgery was cordial and professional and put me at ease.
I had a molar extracted and some bone grafting done in case I want an implant later. I didn't think the procedure would be too uncomfortable but I did expect the first few days or so after to be difficult. I came away with the notion that Dr. Iranmanesh must be a magician. Really, no pain or swelling to speak of, I could eat normally very soon. The stitches were removed in one week and all is well. I never took any of the pain pills prescribed and only iced the first day. I can't say enough about how great this practice is!

Amazing experience! I had no issues, Treatment with smooth and was painless!!!! I had no post operative pain after my extraction and bone graft. i I also had no pain after my implant was placed. Very happy with the skill level and professionalism of Dr. Iranmanesh and his staff.

The doctor and his staff were super professional. The office and treatment rooms were clean. They explained everything involved with a tooth extraction and implant, they were able to accomplish both procedures in one visit, and also gave me very clear instructions on what I needed to do to support a successful healing process. I would highly recommend Dr. Ali Iranmanesh, and he was highly recommended to me by my dentist Dr. Amanda Backstrom in Martinez.
