I knew we made the right choice in choosing Diamond Institute from the very first consultation. Throughout the entire journey every staff member was kind and compassionate. They really listen to you and help guide you through the process. We’re so happy and cannot wait to finally welcome our baby into the world. Without them we wouldn’t have been able to achieve our goal of becoming parents.

Dr O is the BEST! She spends time, she cares and I love seeing her! You can’t find decent bedside manner with doctors. She’s honestly the best.

I find communication is poor. I always had to ask more questions, I felt any information given was basic and never detailed .The receptionists are never happy to greet their patients and always seemed irritable. The act of caring was not displayed throughout the process except the first meeting. Once you start the process I felt I was in some robotic process.
