Diana is amazing! I hadn't cut my hair in about 6 months and it was horrible. Diana not only cuts and styles your hair amazing but she also takes the time to educate you on how to maintain the style at home. I left feeling fabulous and will definitely be taking her advice on how best to style my hair and make it work for me!

Chris gave me a great haircut keeping in mind that I wanted to grow out my hair. Gave great suggestions on hair drying and maintaining my hair style.The front desk was very helpful and the place was clean.

Whitney was fabulous!! very charming and engaging.

I have been a customer for 2 years now and a regular customer of Tanis' Love her too

Yesterday, I waited for awhile to be be blown out, and one young girl started and then left saying she had to do a wash.

I waited for her to be finished, maybe 10 min. which was fine but she never returned and passed by me a few times not saying anything to me. I watched her stand across the room for the next few minutes with no eye contact. After 15 more minutes, I really had to leave so I finished y own dry and left, but had a feeling of having been abandoned. It made me sad to think that I may not want to come back.

It seems a bit silly to me how I felt that I reacted, but as a Flight Attendant, I realize the value of communication and the importance of customer service. So many good things happen without real recognition, i.e. how great Whitney is with her customers and how much I adore Tanis that one bad thing that happens can really spoil the whole experience.

OK, I needed to say that....moving on..
