It's hard for me to give bad reviews. I really tried to be very patient with discount auto services. On Monday 6-2413 I had my car looked at I was smelling gas and there was a leak. Got me in right away took a quick look, figured out the problem, which was great. With my work schedule I couldn't leave my car there. They ordered the parts and they were suppose to arrive that next day Tuesday 6-25-13. They called confirmed the part had come in I scheduled to get my car fixed that Friday the 28th at 2:00. Friday I head that way for my 2 o'clock appointment. I get there they look really busy and behind so I gave them the benefit of the doubt said hey no worries keep my car over the weekend I don't need it until Tuesday, so have it done before Monday afternoon. Monday rolls around don't hear from them, call at 12:00pm, they've got bad news all the parts didn't come in. So the parts sat there in a box for 6 days before anyone looked in the box. My car sat there from Friday until Monday. Nobody wanted to call to tell me. Now the story is getting the parts first thing Tuesday morning 7:30-8:00am, and they will deliver it to me at work at lunch tim. okay fine I will get a ride to work. Tuesday morning no call, until 12:30pm said the car was done and they would be in bluffton during lunch. Time passes, 3:40 pm I finally get a call my car is in the parking lot. The tow truck driver made me leave my job meet him in the parking lot to get my keys. Seriously, I was put threw so many loops to get my car fixed I was baffled. Unfortunately it's my car so I had no option to deal with it because they ordered the part and made me leave a deposit. They really try to have good customer service, but I had such a terrible experience I couldn't go without saying something. Maybe other people have good experience, but I will not be returning.
