The service I received from the Sunset Blvd. Discount Tire Shop were four new tires, rear brakes, rear ball joints, outer tie rods and an alinement (which I never received the printout to show what the outcome of the alinement was.)
I was disappointed with the service I received. I trusted that the work I paid for $999.05 was done competently. I left with my vehicle to find out that the rear brakes I paid for were not adjusted, thus my car was only functioning on front brakes. Calmly, I spoke directly to the service agent, Noe to let him know of my disappointment about my mechanic. I communicated that not only was I at risk so was any driver or pedestrian that was around me. The service agent apologized and had that same mechanic, Omar adjust my brakes and I left.
When I left and got on the freeway at 50 mph my car started shaking terribly. I got off the freeway and called back to Discount Tires the service agent stated for me to come back again and I did. This time the mechanic met me and rudely sarcastically said if I have a problem to speak with him directly. I walked pass him and went to the service agent and requested that this time NOT to allow Omar to touch my car. Another mechanic checked my car and found that the new tires were not balanced. The service I received was horrible and the attitude and service of the mechanic, Omar is unacceptable.
The service agent, Noe did his best to help me and it was clear that Omar was a bully and disrespectful. Sadly, I will never use a Discount Tire place again.
