Yukon was having an front end issue, took the car in Charles greeted us, within an hour of dropping off the car, got a call of what ails the Yukon. Bushing and other issues, Yukon is 15 years old with original parts. Work was done by 5 pm. That's good service given the extensive work that was needed and it was a busy Saturday. Looks like I need shocks too, also original, though was told mine would be good for anther six months or so. That was an honest reply and not trying to up-sale, I truly appreciated Charles honesty.
I've been a loyal customer of Discount Tires over 25 years. Bought a lifetime warranty on all my cars, very much worth the 179.00, especially on my Yukon. My only complaint if this would be classified as an complaint is over the past ten years there are less Discount Tires, such as Whittier and Rancho Cucamonga. We need more. In my area Mountain and Lee Schibs are opening multiple locations, heard from friends, they are not fair on price and service is poor. Mountain Tires, told a friend of mine that she needed shocks, immediately they were shoot. Friend took her car to dealership. Dealership informed her shocks were fine, that was four years ago and she still has the same shocks on. Would be nice to see just as many Discount Tires.
Also Discount Tires needs to amp up their web site, every time I type in search on the internet. It falsely leads me to American Tire. I truly have to get through two or three click on' before I get to Discount Tires..
Overall, highly recommend, all locations of Discount Tires.
