I needed a tire that Discount Tire Centers-Hemet does not keep in stock. They ordered the tire and it was there the next day by 10:30am. I went there at 10:20am, explained that it was imperative that I be back to my home (other side of town) by 11:30am and since there was a lot of people before me I was a little nervous. I was told that it would not be a problem. As the time approached 11:30am I asked the man who helped me to begin with (and I would assume he was either the manager or assistant), explained that my husband needed to make his appointment in Temecula for Radiation treatment and was treated with the utmost respect and consideration! They happened to find an additional nail in another tire that was repairable and repaired the tire for me! This is the third time I have taken one of my vehicles to this location and I will continue to go back in the future, especially after how well I was treated yesterday! Thank you to all of you who work at this location! All of the workers were very helpful, respectful, and even though the weather is excessive right now, all appeared to enjoy their jobs! I always recommend this as the go to tire place, but now I will most definitely recommend them in the future, above Pep Boys or Firstone!
