They ordered my tire and asked me to come back the following day. Only, my tire never came, and no one on the staff thought it important to call to let me know not to bother coming in for my 8am apppointment. On third visit to finally get my tire installed, they knew I was waiting, I went for a 25 min walk and came back to find they hadn’t event started on my car. For the “inconvenience “ of having to come back three times the front desk gentleman offered me 5% off ...I smiled politely thinking.. that probably wouldn’t even cover my gas to have had to drive there three times. The icing: when I was finally paying, I asked if the whopping 5% discount had been applied and he literally looked at me like I was trying to swindle him. I like that DT offers warranties on the tires I purchase from them but their customer service needs serious improvement. I have referred friends in the past to DT, but will no longer.
