I was very fortunate to have the office manager available at the time I abruptly needed assistance with my Malamute. She was only three months in my custody before she got she got what I thought was a foxtail in her nose. They were not accepting new clients I had been told.
I am so thankful that they allowed Crystal to see the physician but then hours. I would like to say thank you to have gone out of your way for my new love. Fortunately enough she did not have a foxtail. It was relatively inexpensive to have her looked at and I feel very fortunate to have had their service as well as the convenience of being close to me. Thank you again staff and Dr Jerri at the animal hospital in clearlake on Lakeshore Avenue

It was simple to re-order my pet's medication at Doc Jerri's. I called and medicine was available same day and no hassles. In and out in 5 minutes and I was on my way. Great service!

My dog was treated with much love and respect. Great staff very caring took time to explain everything. Dr waddington is amazing. Don't know what I would do without her she takes care of my whole herd of animals

My kitty Ozzie girl was feeling terrible when I brought her to see Doc Jerri. She was unable to eat and had lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. She could not even eat watered down wet food. She had a painful oral infection not visable to me. Doc Jerri and Ann sent her home feeling alot better. She is eating fine and slowly regaining her weight. They always give me and my cats the best tlc!! They are my heros!
