My daughter and I had appts yesterday, I was 5 minutes late and called to make them aware I was going to be. My daughter waited in the dental chair for 2 hours for a 5 minute sealant of a cavity. I wasn't seen and rescheduled for next year because I wasn't being called in for my appointment yet and I'm on a schedule too. I'm not happy with yesterday's visit. Actually very pissed off about it. And to top it off the receptionist arguing with me about my daughters insurance being Delta Dental when she don't know her ass from a hole in the ground. Not all RMSCO insurance switched to Delta Dental. So I'm hoping that you bill the correct insurance co if you want payment.

I hope Hailee is doing well with her new filling and I would like to offer you a full refund for Hailee's treatment on Thursday to help make up for the excessive time you both spent in our office that day. I will also speak to my receptionist on Monday to sort out your dental insurance. I noticed you're appointment for treatment was rescheduled for January. Please remind me at that appointment and I will do my best help you out with the cost of that appointment as well. You and Hailee are wonderful patients and I truly apologize for the inconvenience on Thursday. Have a wonderful weekend.

Phenomenal dentist's office. Sherri and Dr. Acres make it a comfortable, stress-free experience every time I have an appointment. I can't say enough good things about them.
