Another pleasant visit with Dr. Archibald and his staff! I went in for my 6 month cleaning and x-rays. Wendy was wonderful and gentle as she cleaned, and Dr. Archibald was gentle and thorough in his examination. They truly care about their patients, and I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Lisa was very nice, she introduced herself and explained what she was going to do. She did a measurement of my gums and explained what the numbers meant. As she cleaned my teeth she talked about dental hygiene and the importance of flossing and how it helps with healing the gums.
Lisa was respectful and conscientious about my comfort.

After breaking a tooth, I called Dr. Archibald the next day and was he had me come I the next day for a cleaning and evaluation. Such prompt response is so important in situations such as I was calling about, in case it required immediate attention and Dr. Archibald serves his patients well in meeting this need. After assessing the problem, he was able to set up a plan to salvage what was left of the tooth and build a replacement. This avoided deep surgery and a more costly solution. He is a highly skilled practitioner and I trust him to always deliver the best. I highly recommend him and his team!
