I Came in because of a loose crown. The technician w/o looking into my X-ray file, wanted to take some. When I stated that I had a "Total" X-ray of my mouth a few months ago she found them. Then the Dentist Forester proposed that I might need an implant without focusing on my loose cap. I felt I was a candidate for paying off the new owners investment. I said that I already spent $4000 this year in a bridge and let's focus on re-gluing the cap. The Dentist finally obliged .

During the process ,rather than spraying my mouth, I had my eyes washed.....She missed my mouth !

When the procedure was completed Forester told me to wash out my mouth. She however had forgotten to take out the cotton roll.

To summarize.......I feel you have become a car sales organization with "not ready for prime time" employees.

I had appt with hygienist who was very good. When the dentist came to give me my oral exam she looked in my mouth and asked hygienist if I have seen a periodontist. I was sitting there she could have asked me. She never checked for oral cancer. I wac charged for exam but never got one. I called when I left to tell what happened. They said do I want to come back. I already took off from work for this appointment. Very disappointed

Hygienist was very nice and thorough. Dentist came on to give me check up. Looked in my mouth and asked the hygienist if I ever had periodontal work. I was sitting there could have asked me. Did not give me oral exam for cancer. Got chatlrged for a check up but never had one. When I called they asked me if I wanted to come back. Why would I want to comeback I was there already

Everyone takes their time to explain in detail every procedure and billing. It feels like everyone cares for my well being. I have been with them for over a year, and so far, I have received excellent service and attention.

Unlike my usual experiences, my annual cleaning was a little uncomfortable and unpleasant. The hygienist was new, and while extremely knowledgeable, she was not so skilled in providing patient comfort during cleaning. Hopefully a return to my regular hygienist next time will provide a better experience.
