My first time in after a few years. I was shocked to not see so many familiar faces and was told the business had been sold. I was told I had to have an appointment just to look at new glasses. The place was dirty, light bulbs burned out, and the front desk staff was just ok. I left and went to warby parker. I was sad to see all the changes.

With that said our office has changed a few policies one being appointments are required due the recent and ongoing covid19 requirements.
