I would give it a zero if it would allow it.
They make an appointment for a day that they are closed (Monday) - they mailed a postcard out with that date. Then proceed to blame to 'former staff' for the mistake and when I point out that they indeed mailed the postcard out was the CURRENT staff - not the former they say that's not true. It's all about excuses.
They don't call back when asked.
They don't send prescriptions when asked (to my husband or myself) and when they say they are giving me a 'deal' on my contacts it is a joke because Costco is less than they are with their 'discount'.
The office staff has always been an issue in that office - it's now worse than ever with current staff.
Danville Optometric has tried to give you everything you requested. Our office is not open on Mondays. We have apologized for any inconvenience this has brought you. We have responded to all of the request you have made of us. We offered you an additional discount on your contacts which was only five dollars difference than Costco. No matter what we said or did we couldn't please you as a patient. The staff has never been rude or disrespectful to you. Hopefully you will find an office that will better suit your needs. We are in the business of providing our patients with excellent customer service.
