DomesticAide has been my home cleaning service for many years through two different houses. Scheduling is always consistent and when I need to change times, that is accomodated with courtesy and flexibility. The quality of every cleaning to the last detail is superb. Recently, after my son died, my crew came to clean and covered me with hugs and kind words, listened while I cried and shared, and then told me of their experience with my son when he was in our home during cleaning time. These wonderful women really cared about me and my home. They brought my son's smile and his friendly greeting into my heart. DomesticAide is more than a business, it is a family filled with kindness and attention to the important details of life - from the owner and management team to the crew members. (4.5 is the actual rating). We have used DomesticAide since 1993, after using other agencies and private individuals. From the very beginning, I knew something was different about this agency because of their efforts to match me with the right team, phone calls to confirm the work was performed to my satisfaction, and periodic visits to my home to visually verify the work was being done to DomesticAides standards. I don't think it could have been much more perfect.

The only reason for the 4.5, instead of a 5.0, is a selfish one. I still have a wonderful team and I am pleased with the work and the DomesticAide staff. However, news the quality of their service has spread and they have become very busy. The benefit most agencies can offer is flexibility, which DomesticAide can no longer do. The other service DomesticAide offered that they seem too busy for, is visiting our homes to check the cleaning we are receiving. No one has come, or offered to come, in many years. Would I still like to receive those services? YES! But not enough to change services. I wish they could hire more people to bring back all the things I like, but I know how particular they are about hiring people, so it isn't just about bringing in more bodies.

We have been using Domesticaid for 4 years. I think they do a really good job. I needed them mostly because I have back problems and am not supposed to vacuum, but the mopping, dusting, etc. is really nice too. I can definitely depend on them. The office staff is exceptional and even comes to my house to check up on things periodically. Everyone is friendly and willing to help and do a good job.

Domestic aide is locally owned which is the main reason I started with them. I have not been disappointed. The ladies are always on time and they do a thorough cleaning, especially bathrooms. And they waste no time. They're also quite friendly, but not to the point of wasting time. Very pleased.
